Privacy Policy

• Your name, email address, phone number (if you add one), profile details and profile photo.
• Your date of birth, to confirm you are 18 or older. It is never shown to other members.
• Your city, area, availability, travel dates and other profile settings.
• Posts, comments, likes, follows, messages and reports you create or receive.
• Technical details such as device type, browser, app version and logs needed to keep the service secure and working.
• Location data when you choose to share it: precise location (if you turn it on) to show how far away nearby members are, or a location you send in a message. Other members see a distance, never your exact location on your profile.

We use your data to run the community, show you relevant people and content, keep your account secure, help with customer support, and improve the product. We do not sell personal data.

Your exact location, email address and phone number are not shown to other members. We do not reveal your private messages or personal contact details to anyone outside the app unless required by law or a valid safety report.

We use trusted providers to host the app and store data on our behalf: Supabase (accounts, database and photos) and Vercel (website hosting). If you turn on phone notifications, your browser or phone maker's push service delivers them. These providers may store data outside India and may only use it to provide their service to us.

If you turn on the public website setting, your profile is visible to non-members and search engines. This may include your name, photo, role, city, bio, specialties and portfolio images. Captions, comments, followers and messages remain member-only. You can turn this off at any time in Settings.

We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards to protect your information. We keep your data only as long as needed for the service, safety, legal obligations or business operations, then we delete or anonymise it when it is no longer needed.

• Access the personal information we hold about you.
• Correct inaccurate data.
• Delete your account and associated profile content.
• Ask us to stop using data for certain purposes.

You can delete your account at any time in Settings. For anything else, contact us at the email below.

Fabeaulous is for adults. You must be at least 18 years old to use it. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18; if we learn that we have, we delete the account. Parents can contact us at the email below.
