Terms of Use

Fabeaulous (fabeaulous.app) is an online community where salons, stylists, other beauty professionals, brands and people who love beauty share trends, techniques and product news, and find each other. By creating an account you agree to these terms.

Fabeaulous provides the space for members to connect. We are not a participant in any conversation, agreement, booking, purchase or collaboration between members, and we are not responsible for its outcome — including the quality of any work, product or event, or whether someone turns up. Any arrangement you make is between you and the other member.

• You must be at least 18 years old.
• Give accurate information about yourself, and about your business if you have one.
• Keep your password private. You are responsible for activity on your account.
• One person or business per account.

Posts, comments and profiles must be educational or community-focused. Do not post:

• Spam, advertising or repeated promotional content
• Claims you cannot back up, or fake reviews
• Harassment, hate speech, or anything illegal
• Content you don't have the right to share

You keep ownership of what you post, and you allow us to display it on Fabeaulous. We may remove content, or suspend accounts, that break these rules. If you see something that does, use the Report button on the post or comment.

• You choose whether to share your precise location or only your city, and you can change this at any time in your profile settings.
• Your exact location is never shown to other members. If you share it, others only see an approximate distance (for example, “2.3 km away”).
• Your email address and phone number are not shown to other members.
• Your profile is visible only to signed-in members unless you turn on “Show me on the public website”. If you do, anyone (including search engines) can see your name, photo, role, city, bio, specialties and portfolio photos. Captions, comments, followers and messages stay members-only. You can turn this off at any time.
• You can delete your account at any time in Settings. This permanently removes your profile, posts, photos, comments and messages.
• We never sell your data.

Joining as a salon or stylist needs no verification. As new features are added (for example brand listings or paid work), we may ask for business or identity verification before you can use them.

Fabeaulous is currently free. If we introduce paid features, we will tell you in advance and you will never be charged without agreeing first.

We handle personal information in line with our Privacy Policy. This includes the kinds of data we collect, how we use it, your rights and how to delete your account.

We may update these terms as the platform grows and will let members know about important changes. Questions? Email hello@fabeaulous.in.
